Our two comfortable, renovated and modern first and ground floor apartments are located in the popular El Mirador de Bermuda Beach urbanisation, positioned directly on the sea front.

They are represented in a modern style and have very high-standard quality furnishings and fittings throughout. Included in the rental is a high-speed fibre optic internet connection and an international television package with plenty of channels, series and films for free.

The kitchens are very well equipped with all one could want. The entire property is fullly air-conditioned and the master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms offer a super king size bed and access to the terrace. The twin bedrooms have two single beds which can be put together.

All bedrooms loast lovely views directly out towards the Mediterranean sea, community garden and swimming pool. The spacious lounges with sofabeds for one extra guest have direct access to the large terraces which are covered to provide plenty of shade from the summer sun. On the terraces there are more comfortable furniture, two sunloungers and also dining tables with six chairs for alfresco dining beside the sea. The apartments also include gas powered BBQs for you to use.

We offer a secure private parking in the underground garage for one car with access via a remote control and plenty of communal parking for further cars.

If you are interested in golf or playing padel, the first golf course is a few minutes away - and about 20 more within short distance to reach - along the Costa del Golf. A private padel court is within the urbanization for free.

Urbanisation El Mirador de Bermuda Beach

 
El Mirador de Bermuda Beach is a beachfront urbanisation with a community swimming pool and a padel court. It is a modern construction and was completed in 2006. There are several apartments surrounding a beautiful central swimming pool with well kept lawns and gardens. The urbanisation has been carefully planted with many varieties of well established beautiful Mediterranean plants and shrubs.
 
There is access down to a seafront walkway which allows you to stroll all the way along the coast. A ten minute walk will bring you to restaurants direct on the beach, such as restaurant Bahia Beach or La Sal restaurant which are really cool places to stop for lunch or evening dinner and drinks with great views out across the bay.
