Estepona

Centro Historico de Estepona and Paseo Maritimo

The historic town of Estepona is a typical Andalusian town and one of the loveliest on the Costa del Sol. There are plenty of nice streets, places and fountains, a lot of shops, bars and restaurants as well as the houses with very pretty flower pots on it.
The Paseo Maritimo has lots of places to stop for a drink or coffee and also benches all the way. The promenade is lined with wonderful vegetation like palms, succulent plants and flowers.
You can park the car near the marina or on the other side near Carrefour.

Ordinario de Estepona

A beautiful place to visit with spectacular orchids in a modern building with three glass domes.
You can’t miss the spectacular waterfalls, many plants of all varieties and outstanding orchids (the largest collection of orchids in Europe).
The entrance fee is low cost and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Ruta de Murales Artisticos

On the sides of several buildings, there are huge paintings of local artists.
You can get a map that shows where the murales are located (online or in the Tourist Office).
At the moment there are around 50 paintings up to 80 metres high – they are all worth seeing it!

Los Reales de Sierra Bermeja

It’s a short way to walk (around 1,5 km) from the car park to the viewpoint, which is in the middle of a Mediterranean forest with wonderful plants and flowers. The views of the coastline are breath-taking, and you can see also Gibraltar and North Africa.
In the high season, there is also a restaurant with beautiful views. Otherwise they have BBQ pits you can use.

Selwo Aventura

On the way to Marbella, just outside of Estepona, you can find the animal park. It has white rhinos, tigers, zebras, lions, giraffes and an elephant born in Spain.
Selwo Aventura also packs in camel rides, offroad trucks, a petting zoo and trails.
